What to Expect

Real people who want to grow their relationship with God. We’re not perfect, and we’re overjoyed that God knows that, and He loves us anyway.

When you arrive on a Sunday morning, look for our first-time guest parking (near the accessible parking spaces in the large lot). We have two buildings on our campus, both with worship services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. Sundays. At the door, our greeters will help you check in your kids and find your way around. Be sure to grab a donut and coffee on your way to the church service if you’d like!

Our services include mostly contemporary Christian worship songs, with some beloved hymns sprinkled in occasionally. The pastor will present a message (sermon). That message will always be rooted in the Bible. In the spring and fall, we present a multi-week message series that walks us through a single book of the Bible (Old Testament in the spring and New Testament in the fall). Between those longer series, we do shorter ones that address issues like relationships or the common struggles of everyday life.

Your kids and teens are welcome to attend services with you. But we encourage you to take advantage of nursery service or Sunday classes for kids and teens from pre-K through high school. Many families attend Sunday services together and then head to their own Sunday classes for their age group. We offer adult Sunday classes during both services.

We know that finding a good fit in a new church home can be a challenge. We encourage you to attend our next welcome event to help us get to know one another better and help you find your place to plug in at Topeka Bible Church.
